Malaysia Delivery

Orders of RM3,000 and above qualify for free Standard Shipping within Malaysia.

For orders below RM3,000, the delivery fee is charged according to the actual shipping cost. The final fee depends on the delivery address, courier, insurance and any special handling required, and will be confirmed with the customer before payment. Please contact our team before payment so the delivery arrangement can be confirmed.

Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after payment and stock confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, public holidays, weather, address issues or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Please make sure the delivery address and contact number are correct before the item is shipped.

Store Collection

Store collection is available only after our team has confirmed the exact item, collection location and collection time. Please do not visit a store for a specific item until availability and the appointment or collection arrangement have been confirmed.

Express, Special and International Delivery

Same-day, express, insured, special handling and international delivery must be arranged and confirmed separately before payment. International delivery charges, customs duties, taxes and import requirements are handled case by case and may be payable by the customer.
