1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (MYT) will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may take longer during peak seasons, but we will notify customers of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
- Standard Shipping: RM10 – RM20 (Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days)
- Express Shipping: RM25+ (Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days)
International Shipping
- Shipping costs vary based on destination. Rates will be shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on the location.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping providers, including:
- PosLaju
- DHL Express
- J&T Express
- FedEx (for international orders)
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package using the provided link or directly through the carrier’s website.
5. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.
- Please review your order carefully before checkout. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted areas.
- Some luxury goods may require additional processing due to authentication and insurance policies.
